Call notifications on PukkaTeam are normally sent as popups when someone tries to call you. If you're not receiving them, there are a few things to check;
- Make sure your status is set to available: you can't accept calls if it's set to Away or Do Not Disturb
- Make sure you're not in an incognito tab: being in an incognito or private browsing tab, this will stop you from receiving the notification popups.
- Make sure you have popups enabled: as the notifications will come through as popups sometimes your browser will block these to reduce you being hit by spam, go to your browser settings and allow popups for PukkaTeam.
